The staff was excellent, attentive. I ask several different front desk personnel for "hot water" for tea, and they had to go to the back to get it. Every time I asked, each person, without hesitation, took a cup and got it for me. Laundry facilities excellent.

Clean! the staff was nice. There was a confusion with my late checkout. Staff needs better communication. Otherwise, every time I’ve stayed since has been a joy. Hotel is buzzing. Bright feels clean and safe. Gym is clean pool is clean.

The property is clean and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It was a pleasant surprise to see a bar. We had a drink and the bartender was super nice and went out of her way to find the ingredients to make the drink I asked for.
