"I surprised at how big the room was, very big and comfy."

"Easy to get to from I84. The hotel was more than adequate, could use some updating but a pleasant place to stay with a helpful staff. There were some really good restaurants in the surrounding area and a few historic places to visit. It's also not far from Poughkeepsie."

"When we arrived we found out the elevator wasn't working and I suffer from a blood disorder so I hurt and can't walk far. I had no choice to walk up 2 flight of stairs. I was looking forward to the hot tub but the jets wasn't working properly and I was looking forward to getting a good soak"

"Said full breakfast was available. Small buffet with paper plates and plastic silverware. Had to ask for milk and ketchup and napkins. No towels were in room. Not impressed."

"Was not able to stay there due to accommodations. It’s a good thing though. The place smelt like dog urine and looked run down. Still waiting on my refund and it’s been 5 days. "

"BEWARE! After driving 6 hours to get there and then waiting 30 minutes in line for check in, they told me there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE despite me having a confirmation number. On top of that they still charged me and are making the refund process complicated."

"Excellent location. At beginning of the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. Parking is usually available on street or municipal lot across the street. There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. It’s part of Dutches inn and spa so you can use the beautiful rooftop space for glass of wine (BYO) while watching the sunset and mountains. The only negative was the bed. "The room was clean and better than expected but like others have stated the cigarette smell was awful"

"The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

"The maids on check out day stayed in the hall talk starting like 8:00am waiting for people to leave so I didn’t get to sleep in."

"Really deserves 2.5 stars. Staff was pleasant and professional. Outside and room are a bit run down; but mostly clean. Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. Not sure if there were other guests as it seemed most everyone there lived in the rooms, including the strong smell of pot in the morning. Place seemed safe enough though.
