"The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was warm and large the kids loved it. The breakfast was delicious and fresh with a large variety. Overall our stay was fantastic. "

"My check in was fine we were met by an efficient, kind hostess. The issue was the shower and check out… after my husband showered the tub would not drain. My husband had to clear a disgusting clog of hair and grime.. we had no time to call or go to a new room as we were in fishkill to attend my sons graduation early am at Mt St Mary college. It was gross and time consuming but we took care of it. At check out the host was rude. I said matter of factly that I was not looking for a refund...

"The elevator wasn’t working and the tv was broken in the first room I had. However, the young woman on duty at the desk did an outstanding job by carrying people’s luggage up to the 3rd and 4th floors and finding me a room with a working tv. As hard as she was working, she remained very friendly and was always smiling."

"Breakfast was simple with bagels and coffee, so there were not many choices. The hotel itself was clean, the staff was very friendly, and we slept well during our stay. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location."

"The staff were wonderful, helpful, and amazing. This property appears to be a work in progress with great efforts made to rehab it from a prior state. It was cleaner than I expected and quieter than I expected even though it was full to capacity. Shout out to Michael at the desk for service above and beyond."

"Very Dirty entrance, there’s no staff this is not a hotel it’s a boarding house. Could not even spend one night heard noises in the middle of the night.had to leave to an actual hotel Round house and pay more money. Not safe for a woman alone! I was traveling by my self.A fool refund is appropriate. Tried to call the owner multiple times no response… I don’t recommend this place."

"The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

"the bathrooms were dirty, the place needs some TLC, the location is right on 9W so convenient but hard to get to unless by car. The place needs some inexpensive upgrades and its amazing what a difference a deep clean would make. sit on the toilet and you see the filth. i recommend a new cleaning service and inspections before guest arrivals. the ONLY thing i felt comfortable using were the towels. the bed sheets were clean but the coverlet and summer blanket had bleach stains (ihope) and...
