You will pay less if you pay more for another hotel room and location. The mistakes, extra fees and lack of service was shocking. I’ve been home for 3 1/2 weeks, and they still have kept my deposit although I left the room immediately, clean and in good condition.

Not recommended. No staff at the property. Phone not answered. Air conditioning didn’t work. We couldn’t check in first night and had to pay to stay elsewhere. On the plus side, great location right next to metro, and room and bed large and clean. Choice of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

dont book they are a scam sent messages saying check in until 9pm got there at 8.15pm and they were closed messaged them and they didnt get back to me untill after 11pm, so i had to book somewhere else for the night went to check in next day as they tried to charge me 120 euros to check in when i had already paid online i only needed to pay city tax of 35

Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though.

Noisy. Did online application for 2 nights. Arrived at premises to learn I had to check in at another address that closed before I could get there. Helpline closed and unable to assist.Had to find another hotel nearby for €70. When I visited the checkin address they charged me a late checkin fee of €40 and a refundable bond in 2 weeks of €200!!!! For 2 nights.Even though I’d paid the rental.Totally inflexible and unfair. My friend said THIS IS A SCAM. Room decor was poor and floors not clean. Think carefully before staying with them and read the fine print!

Communication is absolutely terrible. Difficult check-in process, and the room we reserved is not what we got. Paid for early check in, but unit wasn't ready. Also the check-in office is several miles from your actual room, and you are on your own for transportation (cabs cost more than the room). They still have not refunded our deposit and they will only communicate in WhatsApp because that is not easily available for legal purposes. We now have to dispute the deposit charge because they have gone dark.

Perfect location, clean but sewage smell in bathroom, check in is on a different hotel. We arrived at 8:59pm but were told that the shuttle only ran until 9pm (?) and didn’t give it to us. We were told the router was inside the room but not only it wasn’t there the wifi signa was very poor or not existing occasionally. We complained about all mosquitoes inside and were offered to pay a deposit for a device that we had to pick up at the reception of another hotel. We enjoyed it because we had the mindset of an ok airbnb not a hotel.

Unable to access the room, property want helpful and kept hanging up on both me and hotels.com when they called. Instructions didn't match the property location or the room booked, checking in online should have meant it ẁas all easy but just made it more difficult. Conditions only received after checking in - 200 deposit for 1 night's stay, not in hold but being charged and returned after 30 days. According to other reviews, lots of people had to complain before getting the deposit back. The cafe outside the property tried to assist, they see it all the time and it's apparently not unusual that people can't access or have their booking cancelled.

First of all, the address registered in the app, the location of the reception, and the actual accommodation are all different. Without knowing this, I attempted online check-in after receiving an online check-in email, but it kept failing, possibly due to a website error. I sent a message through Hotels.com stating that I couldn’t check in online, but received no response. Eventually, I arrived at the accommodation listed in the app at 20:55, just 5 minutes before the check-in time of 21:00. However, since the reception was at a different location, I couldn’t check in. After several attempts, I finally succeeded in checking in online at around 21:07. Then, the accommodation suddenly charged me an unexpected deposit of 200 euros and additional fees totaling 63 euros. Among these, 40 euros were for a late check-in fee, which I find unreasonable. I was only 7 minutes late for the online check-in, and their website was not functioning earlier in the day. I even made an inquiry to which they did not respond, yet they are charging me this fee. I have been trying to communicate through WhatsApp, but after the initial response, they stopped checking my messages after I complained. Without prior notice, I stayed in a 60 euro accommodation but ended up paying an additional 263 euros. Out of this, the only refundable amount is 200 euros, and I have no idea when I will receive it. This is a terrible experience, and I plan to lodge a strong complaint with Hotels.com about this matter.

Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de ne pas loger à l'adresse choisie sur le site. Très compliqué pour faire le check in. Nous avons été mal reçu par une femme extrêmement désagréable. De plus, nous n'étions pas logé dans le même bâtiment que nos amis. Le troisième jour le ménage n'a pas été fait. En conclusion, une trés mauvaise expérience que nous ne renouvelleront pas.

Diese Unterkunft liegt zentral unweit des Piazza Dante. Das ist jedoch das einzig Positive. Warum es als B & B ausgeschrieben wird, erschließt sich uns nicht. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, doch das ist in Italien ja egal, da es überall Cafés und Bars gibt. Der Ort selbst muss leider als Abzocke bezeichnet werden, denn kaum angekommen, kamen unerwartete Kosten hinzu. Wir raten von dieser Unterkunft aus diversen Gründen ab. Obwohl für die tägliche Reinigung ungewöhnliche extra Kosten pro Tag und Person berechnet wurden, wurden Bad und Zimmer nicht gereinigt, lediglich Handtücher gewechselt. Im Bad und in den Zimmern gab es viele kaputte und ausrangierte Dinge wie Handtuchhalter, Toilettenbrille und einiges mehr. Sehr lieblos alles. Nie wieder !

Stanza ampia e accogliente. Ottima posizione per visitare a piedi il centro. Bella la vista dalla terrazza su piazza Dante. Scomodissimo il check in a 15 a piedi di distanza, me ne sono accorto solo all'arrivo a destinazione. Questo aspetto dovrebbe essere migliorato.
