Spencerport Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Room is fine, spacious and clean. Location is right in downtown, but not convenient to walk to any restaurant or grocery. Swimming pool is closed and the fitness room is short of maintenance, no clean towels or wipes. Wallpaper in bathroom is cracked."

"i arrived at the hotel and there was no room and no effort was extended to help me after i waited for help for 3 hours of repeat offers to help but the manager never called the front desk as promised. never again for hotels ,com"

"I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available. I would of hoped someone would of called me in the morning or at least an email apologizing for my inconvenience, but all I got was a bill for the resort fee."
