"Staff was great. Parking lot looked rough. Room was huge but no carpet. Price was right."

"The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. My first room assignment caused my allergies to flare up. I asked for another room and I had no issues getting moved to a new room. While to rooms were updated the a/c unit was dusty and the shower caulking was mildewed in places. The vending machine didn’t contain water and the Ice machine was out of order. Fortunately, there was a convenience store within walking distance . I slept well and for a one night place to crash the...

"The smell of human urine was overwhelming and there was some form of excrement (cat?) behind the bathroom door when we closed it. The place was poorly painted and there were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom as well as hair. The towels were stained. The door wouldn’t close properly. My kids and I opted to sleep in the car over this hotel. I have never, ever seen a place this bad, and I’ve stayed in some cheap places."
