"The room is very clean. They didn’t need to, but they cleaned it every day. The only problem was that it was an adjoining room to people that we weren’t connected with. And I know you can’t help this, but they were loud and rude. Before you give these rooms to customers, you should make them aware of this so that they could choose to be in a room that’s not adjoined to another room."

"Staff was excellent. We were at a nearby concert that went late into the night. I had not called to explain that bc website said 24/7 check-in-in. But front desk called to check on us as the night got late. It was a nice touch of personal attention. Hotel was clean and quiet - not a typical ‘airport hotel’ because not hovering right at the airport footprint. "

"Stayed here for one night when we went to the Sabrina Carpenter concert at PPG Paints Arena & it’s a great location, beautiful hotel, and it’s clean & safe. It also has the most comfortable beds (the pillows are AMAZING it felt like sleeping on actual clouds) out of any hotel I’ve ever been to. "
