"The lobby smelled like dogs. There was always a 10 -20 wait to speak to someone at the front desk. The first room, the TV didn't work, and the work desk staff told me to push a few buttons in a sequence on the remote to get it to work. That didn't work. The second room, the remote didn't work, and the TV was stuck on a channel at a super loud volume when we walked into the room. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to just turn the TV off. The room was clean but had an old, dusty stench."

"We got in late. Got to the hotel around 1am, tired and just ready to lay down. The gate code did not work, after several attempts, finally, a gentleman came out and advised what to do, unlocked the gate and we were able to enter. "The house was nice. Very spacious. The only problem was the knob to the shower was very hard to turn on & off in the master bedroom, and the dogs kept barking all day long. Really couldn’t hear it that much while inside but sitting outside in the back & every time we came outside was a little annoying but dogs will be dogs so it is what it is. "Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. "My son and I visited for the World Cup and it was the hidden gem of the area. So close to the stadium. The rooms are so spacious - separate bedroom, kitchen, and living room and patio. Washer dryer in the unit too! So convenient! Two TVs and the beds were so comfy!! With good pillows! Oh and the outdoor pool was a nice added bonus especially with 90 plus degree days!
