"They had a great breakfast and coffee/tea was avaliable all day. The staff was great, but housekeeping would knock on our door at 9:39-10am and we would tell them to come back, but they never would come back. The bedspread was white and filthy as if it wasn't washed in a months and the sheets had blood stains on them. "

"Definitely walkable to the river walk, Alamo, shopping and dining, but expect a minimum 15 minute walk. The area around the hotel may be a little sketchy at night for someone not used to a larger city. This is due to a lack of lighting in the surrounding areas leading up to the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is great! Very clean, spacious rooms, recently renovated, and super quiet. "
