"Friendly, helpful happy staff rooms are very clean. Had california king bed was comfortable. Slept well. This is really a vintage hotel with some modern up grades. Pool area beautiful. Bar or pub is a good place to unwind from the site seeing. The dining is great. The gift shops have very interesting items. "

"This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. I had a couple of reservations and they were able to accommodate my needs. I do feel like their parking is extremely expensive but outside of that the service the location everything was wonderful."

"The hotel is located in a convenient area where there is easy access to stores and restaurants and festivities. The hotel was also quiet. Breakfast was great. The pillows need to be replaced though overall completely satisfied"

"Everything was good, my room was face to Riverwalk and only 3 minutes to the main restaurant in Riverwalk. Hotel is old. It was little bit hard to close the bathroom door because it was really old but overall it was good. I asked for extra blanket and I received it in a few minutes. The sad part is the restaurant. A girl ( Audrey, if im correct), she wasvery rude. When she notices that we need time to decide ,she removed the menus from our tables and acting like we owe her. They have valetparki for $40 which is pricey to me. No free parking around. "
