"The motel was adequate for a one-night stay in East Melbourne and provided the basic facilities we needed. The location was convenient for accessing the city, and it served its purpose as somewhere to sleep overnight. However, the accommodation was quite basic and lacked the comfort and presentation we would normally expect. It may suit travellers looking for a simple, convenient overnight option. For us, it was satisfactory for one night, but we would choose alternative accommodation next...

"Friendly staff, reasonable room easy parking"

"Great location and super friendly staff at the front desk and housekeeping. It is right next to a motorway and a bottle return facility, some noises early in the morning, but is not too bad."

"Excellent hotel, always clean, 24 hr receptions, friendly staff. I stay often."

"Great location in Mt Alexander Rd, even though it's an older building, it was nice and clean, reception staff friendly and helpful, nice comfortable bed and pillows, free off street parking, public transport very close by along with shops and restaurants."

"Good location, parking available"

"The property was dirty, noisy and very dated. Worst i have ever stayed at!"

"Super clean room. Modern touches, though some furniture looks a little tired. Comfortable beds. We were supported with a really late check-in by staff. Would stay here again!"

"We had a very good stay at the Villa."

"Great location, lovely helpful staff. Comfortable beds and renovated bathroom with fantastic water pressure. The restaurant/bar at venue was brilliant, highly recommend pork ribs and steak. Large portions, amazing quality and welcoming helpful staff. Will definitely stay again."
