"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. "Our room was great and close to the city and the Melbourne Market. It was easy for us to park at Wilson Carpark only 2 doors away. We requested to get an early check in and that was easy too. Our host Ollie was there to meet us and explain the process with keys and how to get in after hours. Very happy with our choice. "

"I have stayed at quite a few luxury hotels and the Sofitel never fails to impress!
Unfortunately due to an accident, we lost power, however the generator jumped into action quite quickly, With unprecedented work noise outside due to the accident, I was offered a relocation to another room, however at that time of night I asked for and was provided with earplugs. Eventually fell to sleep and slept well.
As an apology, even though it was their fault, I have been offered a free room...
