"My daughter and I enjoyed the historical ambiance. It felt like you traveled back in time. Our room was clean, warm, and cozy. The only minor issue was having to share a bathroom, however, since we went during the off season we had it to ourselves. There are other rooms that include bathrooms, just be sure to ask ahead of time. We also got to meet the owner's beautiful dog Mocha. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. "

"This B&B was beautiful, a gem set in the emerald woods up in the mountains outside Denver. Patrick met us upon check-in to show us our room. We had the French Room in the East Wing, which is accessed through an upper terrace so you'll have to dress for the outdoors to have breakfast, which, ironically, was the only thing that detracted from the whole experience. "We stayed in the Mustang Room. This room was on the second floor with a great view of the mountains. King size bed was very comfortable and the room was very cozy. We loved it. However, not a good room for a dog who is hyper alert to neighbors talking. Next room was very close and our dog reacted to their activities."
