Booked a spot here last minute, which can always be sketchy. All went well though. Spot was clean. Maybe it’s because it’s the off season but things were nice and quiet despite proximity to downtown. We would have stayed another night if our plans allowed.

THis was our first time staying in a tiny home and we were impressed! Tiny Home Leadville is located just off the main commercial street of Leadville, so easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Check-in information was provided via text and email the morning of our arrival and everything went smoothly. We were impressed with how spacious the interior felt despite the "tiny home" name. The distance between the bed and ceiling is a bit low/limited and might be a bit tricky for tall people, but the kitchen, living area and bathroom were very comfortable. We would certainly come back the next time we visit Leadville!

The tiny home was cute and clean. Mattresses were pretty firm. There were no extra blankets, which we needed. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. The staff was awesome and took good care of us when we left a wallet in the unit.

I loved being able to walk to everything in Leadville! The community was quiet and felt safe. I locked myself out at one point (left my phone inside with the code) and someone staying nearby was able to call customer service for me and I was back in the tiny house in 2 mins. The bed was comfortable and the location couldn’t be beat.

This was our second visit in the past couple weeks. The tiny house itself is great as far as convenience but both units needed to be a little cleaner. The main detraction is that they are located across the street from a bar and since tiny homes don't have the best insulation is was impossible to not be awakened numerous times during both visits. If you can sleep through anything or bring your own load fan than I would recommend this complex.

This was a tiny house (maybe 8 feet wide by 16 feet long). It had all that one would need from hair dryer to toaster, coffee maker, toaster snd microwave. The bed is located in a loft with a ceiling that is 4-5 feet at its peak. At 6 foot 2 inches, my spouse could sit up in bed. There is room for one vehicle. The downtown area is in walking distance across the alley. The house was clean.

The manager was very nice and helpful, and the tiny house was fairly clean. However, the space felt pretty worn and could use some updating. Some of the kitchen supplies were old or dirty, and we had a plastic spatula actually melt while cooking. There was also no extra bedding for our son sleeping on the couch. The biggest downside was the street noise at night—lots of loud talking and honking. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but not as comfortable as we had hoped.
