Hotel Murah di Southern Ontario

"It was a fun overnight stay in the Forum Tower…just a few steps away from the casino floor. It was kinda hard to figure out where to go but everyone was pretty helpful. The room was very clean, but the pool could’ve been cleaner. Walls are paper thin, so you hear EVERYTHING. As we heard someone clapping cheeks next to us, which was honestly disturbing. "Looks like the property has been recently upgraded Rooms were very good, clean, newly upgraded. Staff were miserable. At check in it appeared we were inconvenienceing them. Over three days only saw the breakfast girl smile. One day the cleaners did not close the room door properly so it was left open, unlocked. When I spoke with the cleaner they just shrugged. Have stayed in other Monte Carlos in the past and they were excellent. Don't know what was up with this staff."

"Booked a room with 2 beds… our room wasn’t ready at arrival. We arrive at 3:54 and check in is 4pm. Anyways they “moved” us to a different room and it had a bed and a pull out couch that was incredibly uncomfortable. If we were staying more than 1 night I would have said something but it wasn’t worth it due to the check in desk being in a completely different hotel than the one our room was in. The pool was also closed so we had to use the pool and hot tub at the grand Georgian which was lovely...

"Bed was comfortable, bathroom was a great size , super clean. No soap at sink. Staff patient and friendly. Casino buffet was excellent."
