"We were able to check in early and offered free parking as some unexpected council water works were proceeding that night. Our child then fell critically ill needing hospitalization by pure chance. Cant thank the night duty guy enough who went above and beyond to help change bedding at 3am and provide extra linen. Prior to this full kitchen and views to ocean and generous living space were enjoyed!"

"Location is very good with easy access to trams and walking distance to the beach. The room was pretty clean aside from the floor. The floor was very dusty to the point I vaccumed the room myself with the vaccum provided. I found the pool and spa to be very clean as someone who works in aquatics - no scums lines or dirt build up at the bottom. The check in we found was a bit difficult as the staffed hours of the reception arent very long and the after hours check in wasnt the most straight...
