"Check in was painfull waited 1 hour in line. Definitely could improve their efficiency. The convenience store was great but pricey and had no prices on products."

"first of all check in was a nightmare, line was up to outside , Got to check in lady and she said that my rooms were not ready and its 7pm, check in was at 4pm. So rooms not ready , so she talks to manager and the whole process to find us another room took over 1hr or more. We were promised the same exact rooms we paid for but they gave us smaller rooms. we were so upset once we saw the rooms. then while i was setting the sofa bed a giant Roach was in the sofa bed mattress, not only that we found roaches in the cabinets, bathroom and rooms, we killed about 8 roaches or more. We were so disappointed, they also said the gave us a king size and a queen size bed , but the queen size looked like a full size and uncomfortable. They need to better assist , but we were so excited for spring break and the hotel service was not relaxing "

"I felt that my room could have been clean. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I had expected it to be. However, the property was great and everyone that worked there was just so nice."

"The room was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were anything but!!! Could not give correct directions to a property just a quick walk down the road! Not helpful in getting connected to wifi even though we are Wyndham members!! Breakfast was fine"

"Excellent place to stay while on vacation. Close to all the theme parks. "

"The room was clean but really old and overall pretty gross. TV had a big weird bright spot in the middle, super distracting. Shower was leaky and mildewy. Blinds didn’t close properly. We were not in the renovated area as advertised on Expedia so that was disappointing. The garden was mostly dead, I don’t think any landscaping maintenance has been done in years. Life guards were really unfriendly. Water slides were fun. "
