"The check in staff was excellent. I am handicap and asked the young man where the ice machine was and he said it was right behind me. My room was the last one down the hall. I use a walker and explained to the young man that I knew it was not protocol to deliver ice but he please bring a bucket to the room? He had it there before I could get unpacked and into my room. I was so thankful!"

"This was a beautiful hotel! Extremely clean, odor free and comfortable. We drove from Ohio to attend a wedding and were so happy with our stay! The people working at the front desk were so friendly & helpful which was very refreshing! The breakfast buffet was also very clean, spacious, and the food was very good! Thank you for making our trip to Michigan a great one!"
