"I don't like the fact that you allow kids at this property. They run around unsupervised, going to the pool. The property should be for people 21 and older!!"

"Maybe they were having just a bad day, but I found multiple interactions with staff to be less than positive. They seem to be moping or upset about something. I don’t need them to be over the top gregarious, but it would be nice to be acknowledged as a guest and to be appreciated. Again, maybe it was just a bad day. "Breakfast was good. The staff was great. But the room smelled like marijuana and the hot tub needs the jets worked on. I could hardly tell that they were working !"

"I appreciate the staff friendliness and allowing us to use breakfast area for a brief family gathering in the evening. However, please reserve rooms for families with kids on the first floor or another area. Both nights kids were running the hall, screaming, riding the luggage cart while their parents were either in the room or another part of the building. "Walking from the elevators on the 3rd floor, it felt like there was a hole in floor under the carpet. The hotel just needed maintenance"

"Cat friendly was a big plus Hotel and room were clean. They seem to be doing renovations so some things were not ideal. Bathroom was quite small. There was no ice machine on 2nd floor. Breakfast was good, both hot and cold items. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. Towels and linens were clean, fluffy and really good shape. Bed was comfy. I would stay there again."
