"Was in Chicago for one night. The hotel was close to where I need to be that day and the facility was very nice. I chose a quad room due to the shortness of my stay and the price of the o e night stay. But I regretted my choice having to share a room with three strangers and had to sleep on a top bunk bed. The hotel was full at that time so I couldn't change my room to a larger private room. So, I stayed out late as I possibly could that night and went back to the room only because everything...

"The staff was great. There is no over sized parking for a GMC truck. The quality of the room was terrible. In the room I was in, the window was broken, the water pressure was horrible. The water pressure was so low it took forever to wash my hair. All the cushions in the lobby were stained and dirty."

"This is a $200 / night hotel room for $400 / night. Room was average at best. Shower was scalding unless using through the faucet. Bathtub / shower combo at this price? Location is excellent. That's about it."

A half block off Michigan Avenue and the adjacent Grant Park, the hotel is older and no-frills (it even has window air-conditioners) but it is clean, quiet and comfortable, and the front desk is helpful. If all you're looking for is a shower and good night's sleep, and don't mind walking a few extra blocks to access downtown, it's a great deal."

"Clean, spacious room. However loud being near common areas. Small, crowded pool. Breakfast/ bar area also crowded. But loved the location and the hotel itself was pretty and memorable for the kids"
