"We celebrated my husband's birthday and Laura (or Lauren) was amazing! Super pleasant check in experience, we got aa beautiful room with a magnificent vibes of the Chicago River. We had a dinner at the Korean restaurant on premises, absolutely delicious and interesting. Definitely would recommend this hotel as a romantic getaway, amazing location too."

"I don't like the fact that you allow kids at this property. They run around unsupervised, going to the pool. The property should be for people 21 and older!!"

However, please reserve rooms for families with kids on the first floor or another area. Both nights kids were running the hall, screaming, riding the luggage cart while their parents were either in the room or another part of the building. "Maybe they were having just a bad day, but I found multiple interactions with staff to be less than positive. They seem to be moping or upset about something. I don’t need them to be over the top gregarious, but it would be nice to be acknowledged as a guest and to be appreciated. Again, maybe it was just a bad day. Also, I felt the rooms were a bit spartan by way of amenities. As an example, would greatly encourage a clock in the room by the bed. Otherwise this location is beyond clean. And the...
