Hotel Butik di South Side

"Stayed in this hotel for a short trip to Chicago to go to the theater. This hotel was beautiful and within walking distance of most of the amenities in Chicago. The Riverwalk was right across the street and there were several wonderful restaurants, including the one in the hotel. The staff was kind and professional and the room was lovely. We plan stay in this hotel next time we visit Chicago."

"Good location but terrible experience. There was one staff member who was kind and helpful when we checked out but the other two I encountered were really unpleasant. I usually don’t have a car in cities but I needed one this trip due to my work conference being outside the city with no easy transportation to and from. The valet situation was a nightmare! "Asked Expedia for an early check-in and was told it would be after three like it was supposed to be. It was very cold in Chicago and all we wanted to do is get in a room and begin the day. They promised they would call when our room is available and never ever did. So we walked around in cold Chicago waiting for the call that never ever came. Got the room at 6:30 pm and went to sleep a couple hours later. The heater didn’t work and it was freezing in the broom although they did bring blankets up...

"loved our stay there, they had a cute heart shaped out of towels at our bed congratulating us for our marriage with chocolates too. Totally recommend it."

"There was hair in the shower. The staff was polite but not necessarily friendly. The hotel itself was a great deal smaller than expected. Location was excellent. "
