"The rooms were fine, the water was shut off for hours due to a supposed pipe break, no one called to let us know anything, we went to the the lobby and was told we could go to the spa to shower, the people were rude at the front desk, rude in the spa, the spa staff told us we have 10 mins to shower because they have paying customers wanting relaxation, when in shower the bottom was filling up, like they’re backed up in the drain, and when I got out the floors were soaked and towels were thrown all around the floors from leaking/overage of the water drains. It was a mess. Then the parking to get out was never put on our card so we had to keep calling just to get out but we only knew this after paying $40 in parking. They made us get new cards and still it never worked, they said they’d reimburse it but then argued it when we checked out."
