"Our a/c was not working at all we arrived at 4 pm and left the hotel to go down at 6 pm and left the a/c on at the lowest level because it wasn’t cooling we arrived back at the room at around 11 pm and nothing it was hot. They offered to send a technician from 12 to 1 am it was late we were sleepy so refused and they offered a fan and accepted it they brought it up within about 30 minutes which was good but still not the same.
