"The property is clean and very conveniently located as a stop on the monorail. The staff was amazing- always helpful and polite. Our only complaint was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. We were in a newly renovated room, but it don’t seem that the bed was part of the renovation. "

"Rooms were out dated, checking in was a nightmare and it wasn’t even that busy. So there was no excuse for lack of assistance for using the kiosks for check in, paying, and room key self printing. No one told us that there were multiple parking areas that we could use to be closer to the tower we were in. Had to find that out on our own. And NO REFRIGERATOR IN OUR ROOMS"

"The rooms smell like old grease and cigarettes, were not clean and check in was confusing. "

"The room I booked had a beautiful balcony view of the strip and Bellagio fountains. You could even enjoy an evening on the balcony which is not typical of hotels. Great bathrooms, soaking tub also had a great view of the strip. I would most definitely stay here again. "
