"We had a 3 br panopramic room. The apartment is huge and has a fantastic view of the beach (apartment complex is right on the beach) The location is great and there are several restaurants and convenience stores right downstairs, but it is still quiet in the room. 2 things to note: It is sparsely decorated, just beds in the 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa in the living room (with a big tv) We didnt mind it, but some might. "I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"

"가족여행을 계획한다면 최고의 숙소입니다. 비행기 연착으로 인해 체크인을 밤 10시가 되어서야 했는데(미리 리조트에 연락함) 데스크에서 친절하게 맞아주심 그리고 친절한 안내를 해주셔서 즐거운 여행의 시작이었습니다. 복층구조로 된 듀플렉스 타입은 3가정이 쓰기에 적합했습니다. 방마다 있는 화장실 침대로 너무 좋은 여행이 되었습니다. 중문에 위치해서 이동도 편했습니다.(단, 동쪽이동은 거리가 조금 생김) 그리고 아침을 맞이할때 바다뷰는 너무 좋았습니다 숙소 모습은 사진과 동일합니다. 즐거운 여행 시작을 함께한 숙소입니다. "

"Everything was great since checking in. Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. Hot meals, salads, soft drinks and a bottle of wine are included in to-go box. Jenny Jung from the club lounge is very professional and friendly. Our stay was a pleasant one."
