"The manager was super sweet but inaccessible. Without a Korean phone number it was impossible to ever find someone to answer questions or help with issues. The ac stopped blowing the first two nights I was there so it was a bit like sleeping in a tomb until I could find the manager, who, was incredibly sweet and helpful once I did bump into her on day 2 of crazy ac.
