"신라스테이 서부산의 직원들은 매우 정중하고 센스가 있습니다. 호텔은 지어진지 오래 되지 않아서 라운지부터 객실에 이르기까지 다른 신라이스테이 브랜치보다 쾌적하고 아늑합니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 청결하게 유지되어서 조용하고 편안하게 숙면할 수 있었습니다. 14층 객실의 바다뷰 아침 전경은 맑은날 특히 매우 멀리까지 시원하게 펼쳐져 있어서 기분이 좋아지네요. 호텔의 피트니스는 라이프피트니스 브랜드 머신들로 구성되어있고, 웨이트 트레이닝을 즐기기에 부족함이 없습니다. 아침 조식당의 조식 부페는 샐러드 코너의 구성이 매우 좋은것 같습니다. 특히 오더하면 준비해주시는 오믈렛을 추천합니다. 전체적으로 매우 만족스러운 경험이었고, 부산에 오게 되면, 너무 복잡한 해운대보다는, 신라스테이 서부산이 상당히 합리적인 선택일것같고, 다시 이용하고싶네요.
