"I wasn’t really expecting much with this being a budget hotel but was more than happy on arrival, the staff at check-in were pleasant and helpful, they allocated me a room on the 8th floor which is only accessible with a keycard in the lift so made me feel very safe. They had a good selection of snacks and drinks available but if you want something more there’s a Mother Hubbard, Nando’s, Costa, Burger King and so many other restaurants on the doorstep! "We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away."
