"Booked at short notice, the staff were very accommodating and the hotel easy to be in with a family. The rooms were lovely. The view from the property is stunning, we will definitely return. The only downside was the lack of gluten free options available from the bar menu. That is something that perhaps we could have mitigated had we not booked at short notice. The breakfast had all gluten free options available and was great. Strongly recommend a stay here."

"The location was excellent and the price made it a very reasonable option. The room was clean, and although I did have to change rooms due to a broken air conditioning unit, this was handled without disrupting my sleep or overall stay too much. Parking was straightforward once I realised you need to drive right up to the shutters to access the intercom for entry. That said, the hotel does feel a little tired in places. "We didn't get the type of room we paid for and the mattress was beyond uncomfortable, had a very thin duvet and only 2 very thin pillows. Spoke to reception the following morning and were moved immediately. Next room was more like what we were expecting. Mattress still uncomfortable where you could feel the springs, duvet & pillows were the same as other room. Shower head wasn't working properly, spoke to reception and to be fair she had it changed whilst we were out getting breakfast."

"The room was clean. The staff were courteous at all times. Breakfast was great. The veranda at the side of the breakfast suite is an excellent place to socialise, great suntrap. The atmosphere is so relaxing & peaceful. My wife & I will be back next year. Found a great place for a long weekend break. I am disabled with Lung Disease CHP/ILD, I require oxygen 24/7. The hotel allowed me to have my oxygen on the premises. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone."
