"They were renovating during our stay - but everything was great! The staff, particularly Mac, was top notch! I am happy we found this hotel for our one night stay. From the transportation from the airport to the hotel, to our stay and then our transportation to Port Everglades! Mac also recommended places to eat, things to do and how to get around if we wanted to go far. The breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty! I'd recommend this Holiday Inn :)"

"Front desk check in was super easy, the staff were able to check me into my room much earlier than 3pm which was very helpful. Check out was also very easy. My only suggestion would be for the airport shuttle to have a set schedule instead of on demand so that you can plan for a ride rather than hoping the shuttle will be there when you ask for it. We ended up taking an uber to the airport. Overall really great stay, loved the pool!"

"Overall the inside of the house is clean. Place was not hotel. It’s house with eight rooms one full kitchen and 1/2 and two full baths. The facilities is not designed to house multiple occupants. The showers would run out hot water, our room ac unit was not insulated correctly so it all type bugs in our room. I didn’t feel safe in at that location due to lack of staff and security offered. I would have left the first night if the money would have been refundable policy. But also the maintenance...

"Missing amenities. No writing paper, pen, no drinking glasses. 3 night stay and had to reset room key daily after 11:00am. Pool was nice. Breakfast was fine."

"Was a stop for one night! Shuttle was the only asset great for cruise/ airport. The check-in staff was the most unfriendly we have ever encountered on our travels!! Housekeeping staff was as well! Rooms were not the cleanest, our feet were filthy walking on the floors! There is No where to go in that area without a vehicle but to hotel next door to eat! It is a Very unpleasant feeling when you are made unwelcome! A smile goes along way! We will not return again! We will look elsewhere! "

"Booked for an Ocean View Balcony upon arrival was told that they were sold out, and was given a room with the highway view overall the staff was nice and helpful, hopefully next time the maritime experience from the balcony view will be experienced"
