"Room was clean. That was the most positive thing about the stay there. They was constant drilling and hammering going on at 6 am. How rude! I pay for a stay to relax, I was not expecting to be in a construction zone. In addition to that there was a delay for the elevator. Each time the wait was about 5 minutes. While that may not seem long. When you only hv 2 days to enjoy away, it adds up fast. Niagara Falls was absolutely beautiful, but the hotel stay made or trip less than favorable"

We were able to drop our bags and lounge in the lobby until our room was ready. There were snacks available for purchase and free water/coffee."

"Arrived at late night check in. Took a while there was multiple issues with other guests the attendant had to deal with. i don't agree with the deposit policy. If you pay for the room in its entirety and they have a card on file, I don't get why you have to place a deposit as well. the deposit still has not cleared off of the card, and it's been over six days.
