"Mantra is the scum of society. They take your money (card hold) they lie to you and tell you it will be released within 24 hours but really you'll be fighting with them a week later to get your card hold released. Absolutely absurd. I will never stay at any Mantra ever again. The brand damage from this experience of being lied to is unforgettable. Scared for life. I HATE the Mantra!!!!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Mantra Coolangatta. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was absolutely so lovely and very helpful. "Really awesome location, so close to everything especially Coles and Woolworths. We loved our room, it was really spacious and had an awesome view and great wrap-around balcony. Had our own washing machine and dryer which was really handy. There’s no housekeeping unless you’re there for over 8 nights but we just washed and dried our own towels.
