"Breakfast was not very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Had to wait for our defective safe to be replaced and lost 40 minutes of our plans."

"We booked the 2 queen bedroom and we’re given single queen bedroom. As we checked in late, I slept on the sofa. The reason was that there was no 2 queen bedroom available. The. Why did it allowed me to book at higher price if the property is not available. And there was no housekeeping who cleaned the room in our absence. We used the same towels for 2 days. Please refund our money."

"Would not stay again. The windows and walls must be thin. There are lots of bars around this property but the music vibrates the whole hotel. Don’t expect to get any rest here. Starts at 9 stops about 230 but then police cars everywhere with sirens on trying to get people to disburse . Completely insane that those places are ruining this great hotel."

"Everything was wonderful, the elevators is where you need the most help. 😂 The view was amazing & also the parking is down under & yes, you can use the elevators to enter in the building. I'll book again for sure!"
