"Very comfortable room with refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. It is within walking distance of Baylor hospital which is convenient for doctors visits and hospital stays. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has something for anyone. There is also a pool and weight room we didn’t use but they appear to be nice. They also host a wine happy hour. Though I wasn’t able to attend it appeared to be a nice, comfortable setting."

"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. "We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...

"I was very impressed with the SpringHill Suites in Downtown Dallas. We were in for a concert at American Airlines. I was a little nervous because it was downtown and was not sure of the area. I was quickly put at ease by the staff and the cleanliness of the area and the room. This is place is situated directly across from the Dallas World Aquarium and just a short 5 minute walk to Hooters and House of Blues. American Airlines center is a short 15 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean,...

"I really liked the Hilton Hotel came here for a vacation with some friends mostly for the pool but the second day we got there it got broken down. Also the staff is really nice. Sagar is a cool guy."
