"Got what we paid for...the property doesn't do justice to the name. The room was spacious, got to give them that. The mattress on the sofa bed was useless, could feel the wires therefore we couldn't use it. The tub was worn down and the faucet had a leak. The AC system didn't work and had an annoying sound coming out if it that disturbed our sleep. The towels were old. Wouldn't recommend to stay there. "

"We were impressed. Very nice hotel and it has access to a relaxing parking and pond directly behind it. The gym has a sauna. The overall vibe and atmosphere at the hotel is high end and relaxing. It really was a treat to stay at a hotel like this."

"The room had uncleaned marks on the walls in spaces that should have been cleaned. There was spilled coffee under the mini coffee bar area of my room. "

"Our stay was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. I only took off a star because our room was not as clean as we’d like. The ac vents were caked with dust and separating from the wall. There were large dark red stains on the carpet by one of the beds, and our door was not properly installed and was difficult to open at times. Maybe we just got a bad room. In any case, there didn’t seem like we had many options for two connecting rooms so we stayed put. Not sure if we’ll book here again."

"I didn’t use the laundry service. I was a little disappointed that the bar was closed and the rooms didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave and no updated night stands to charge your phone on. Staff however were awesome so nice making the little aggravations small. "

"Good location right off the 55 easy access to get on and off the freeway. Clean rooms and staff was very friendly"
