"Beautiful hotel, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice well maintained and very clean, the bed was super comfortable. We didn’t have the evening meal as we went out and about in Southampton but had breakfast which was very good. Stayed here for one night before our cruise, we will definitely book here again. "

"Everything was absolutely spot on. From our initial greeting from Nicole who was on the front desk until the time we checked out. Most courteous hotel staff we have ever encountered, the room was immaculate, only stayed one night but it will be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Southampton."
