"Very good communication and a lovely room. The only part of the stay that caused confusion was the parking, as we asked to reserve a space and were told there was one reserved but on arrival it was just a car park, first come first served with no guarantee that a space would be there. Luckily we got a space (the last one) but then didn’t want to use the car in case there were no spaces when we returned. I would tell visitors to use the park and ride just 7 minutes walk away. "This hotel had everything I needed. The little kitchenette was so useful and the breakfast in the morning was enough to keep me going. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and highly functional. Would definitely stay here again."

"Most of Westminster College is used for students. The room was comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The breakfast included in the cost of the room is a full English breakfast, and was excellent. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily - you can expect rooms to be cleaned every 3 days, however you can get extra supplies from Reception. I highly recommend the property."

"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was.
