"They claimed they didnt have a room with a single bed as I requested and TV doesnt work. Only after I complained then they found a room what I reserved. They claim I get no Hiton Rewards credit because I booked through Expedia. I felt I got treated poorly as a customer as a result of my expedia booking. "

"The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. I rented the suite and was a little surprised at the bed and pillows. For a suite at the Hilton, the bed was kind of hard and only 2 very soft pillows per person that became very flat. Was not impressed. "
