"とにかく立地がよいです。町の中心のTasso広場に面しており、鉄道の駅や港（フェリーターミナル）へも徒歩5分ほどで行けます。私たちが泊まった部屋のバルコニーからはTasso広場が一望できました。広場に面してはいても少し奥まっており、たまに大型車の通る音が聞こえる程度で、騒音が気になることはありません。部屋は広く天井が高く快適で、水回りをはじめとして設備も新しく綺麗でした。Alessiaをはじめとしてスタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリーで親切で、聞けば何でも教えてくれます。再びソレントを訪れることがあったら、ぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。"

"Room wasn’t very clean, towels feels old, staff are friendly and breakfast was good. No hair conditioner was provided, we had to buy our own. "

"We booked here and they had a bathroom issue and put us up in a hostel hotel which had bed bugs. Those weren’t their fault but to put us up in a hostel hotel was not great and when I reached out to them they didn’t do anything to rectify situation. Disappointed so couldn’t rate them high in good conscience when this is hog you could be treated. "

The room was clean and comfortable and extremely centrally located. 10 min walk from the bus station and 2 min walk from the main square where all taxis were. The only thing was that you are only given 1 room key card and if you lose that you get charged 50 euros or if you forget the key you need to call the person in charge of the front desk to let you in. "Overall the hotel was excellent and staff were great. Our first night we didn't have hot water, only warm, but the concierge fixed the issue with the boiler and we had hot water an hour later. We also had issues with the lights/TV turning off in our room constantly, as if the motion sensor didn't recognize we were there. It was a bit annoying. This has nothing to do with the hotel per se, but I would not stay directly on Corso Italia again. The strip is quite noisy at night and I recommend...

"We had such a wonderful stay in Sorrento at casa enzina. We’d highly recommend casa enzina, especially for a single person or a couple. We thought the room and location were super romantic. And the location was close to everything in Sorrento. Our host, Marco, was awesome. Made us feel so welcome."
