"Fantastisk service från receptionen, inte minst från Anthony och Kiara. Hotellet har allt man behöver och ligger alldeles precis tåg och buss-stationen. Det var därför inte så trevligt att sitta på balkongen men närheten övervägde. Mycket trafik förbi, såsom i hela Vico Equence. Fin terrass men dock ingen eftermiddagssol. Väldigt nöjda med boendet ändå och det fantastiska bemötandet."

"This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No...

"The hotel is such a charming and well maintained gem with an ideal location. Close enough to Sorrento- 25 min walk while being in a quieter lovely area close to the water. It’s close to some great restaurants (Alfred, and Moonlight) with delicious food and attentive service . The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.) One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)"
