"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for where I needed to be.
However, the biggest downside was the noise. The walls seem very thin (or possibly poorly insulated), and as a light sleeper, this made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. I was woken up multiple times—once by a child running down the hallway, and other times by noise from the room above, including the sound of the shower...

"Rooms were nice; beds were a little too firm. The pools are nice; there wasn’t a bar open at the pool but they had a service option although it took an hour to be delivered. The hiking paths were a fun thing to do. "

"Everything is clean and the staff is amazing. We stay in a lot of hotels and travel a lot, and the staff at the Hampton Inn in Gilroy is really one of the best. However, their breakfast are awful. Again the staff does their best, but the food quality is really bad. Also, we had a seven day stay and we needed to request housekeeping. And most of the hotels where we stay if you’re over three days, you automatically get a housekeeping. I think they should rethink that policy because it’s kind of...
