"I’ve booked direct before and don’t remember being charged for parking $15 per day which is crazy since there is ample parking surrounded by businesses who would certainly not use the hotel’s parking. It may be because I booked with Expedia which was a huge savings even with paying for parking, my only surprise."

Elevator was too small, and only fit 1 person with their belongings in it at a time. Crumbs on top of the fridge. Found someone’s credit card in one of the drawers, which also indicated that they’re not cleaning the rooms properly. Indoor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. "Pool was closed despite it being June. Elevators were extremely slow, and one was completely broken. Took forever to go up or down. Breakfast was out of food as it got closer to 9 30. Staff was great, rooms were clean."

"The room was clean. There is not a breakfast buffet. There is not a pool. There is a gym. They say convince area but no one working the area. The registration people were always busy. Music blasting in the lobby and because it’s pet friendly there were dogs barking at all hours. Only two towels for a family of four."

"Elevators are very slow. Rest is great. Close to a trail near Hudson. Very nice walk even if it is sunny outside. Shaded by trees. Food mart in a small town near this trail (30 min walk) is also good for small shopping."

"do not park in the street, white plains does not allow overnight parking. the fee is $20 but you would have to move the car by 8am. the $25 parking fee is great because this hotel offers a 12pm checkout time"

"For the most part the room seemed ok. But the deodorizer used and overused inside the mini fridge made us ill. This chemical permeated our food and water containers and we were sick for a full day afterwards. (Our waterbottles, not disposable types, still reek 2 days later after scrubbing thrm with alcohol. We will need to know what that chemical was due to the sensitivity we experienced. Overuse of scented chemicals does not confer cleanliness. Parking was fine and ac unit worked very...

"Check in and check out were effortless and straightforward. Breakfast was included and really good, plus it was nice having 24-7 bagels and water/teas etc available. Rooms are clean and nice, A/C was great especially for some hot days! Really enjoyed our stay."
