"Pool was closed despite it being June. Elevators were extremely slow, and one was completely broken. Took forever to go up or down. Breakfast was out of food as it got closer to 9 30. Staff was great, rooms were clean."

"do not park in the street, white plains does not allow overnight parking. the fee is $20 but you would have to move the car by 8am. the $25 parking fee is great because this hotel offers a 12pm checkout time"

"Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here"

"Considering it’s in a nice area and pricey, the sinks and shower water pressure was terrible. There is none so you can’t wash your hair. The showers had dirt imbedded into the floors, a magic eraser goes a long way. Just wasn’t matching the price of the rooms nor the location being it was close to purchase ny. "Check in and check out were effortless and straightforward. Breakfast was included and really good, plus it was nice having 24-7 bagels and water/teas etc available. Rooms are clean and nice, A/C was great especially for some hot days! Really enjoyed our stay."

"The actual hotel was fine, the area that its in is not safe. Just outside of the entrance there were homeless people laying on the ground and strung out on drugs. I didnt feel safe at all having my family in this particular area of the Bronx. Would never stay here again for that reason."
