"We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We did have to ask for conditioner to be restocked in the bathroom, but that's not a biggie at all. They checked on us immediately in person and via text so we solved that problem quickly. We stayed here because of the value and proximity to the train station/times square. However, we had some issues with groups outside the hotel. I know there's not much to be done, but making sure everyone is very aware of their surroundings. Most are harmless,...
