"It was impossible to find parking that your paying for anyways there was no spots at night . Also didn’t like that didn’t have a microwave in the room they have it on the floor which isn’t a big deal . "We stayed at the Crowne Plaza last week and absolutely loved the experience. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and noise free at night time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room service requests were promptly addressed. There is a section in the lobby under construction but that does not affect the stay at the hotel in any way. The hotel is fairly close to most of the downtown attractions and the Pier 56 waterfront is walking distance! Lack of eateries in the hotel...

The rooms were "smart", electronic powered window shades, lighted mirror in restroom. Loved the glass door refrigerator. Clothes steamer was very handy. We actually ordered one for home now. Room was setup very thoughtfully."
