" Clean, comfortable rooms and a great overall stay. The made‑to‑order breakfast was a nice touch, and having a Starbucks right on the 2nd floor was incredibly convenient. Housekeeping refreshed our room daily with fresh towels, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. My sister forgot her toothbrush, and the front desk had one delivered to our room within minutes — such thoughtful service. I also appreciated the added security of needing your room key to access floors in the elevator, which made the hotel feel safe and private. The location is perfect for exploring all the major attractions in downtown. Thank you, Hyatt Regency, for a wonderful experience. "

"I really liked this hotel. The location is really convenient, close to bus stop, subway and attractions like Pike Place and the Ferry. The only downside was two of the elevators weren't working, which left only one in service. Other than that, I had a great stay overall. My room was comfortable and had a nice view. I didn’t try the restaurant or any ammenities."

"Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Nice breakfast buffet assortment. I would stay here again. I told the lady at the front desk that I was hoping to take a nice, hot bath, so she found me a room with a tub. Also, the shuttle driver was really cheerful and made for a great start to the day."

"Airport transport took over 20 minutes from when we called. Hotel is a 5 minute drive. Other hotels in the area had buses pass us 3 times while we waited. Otherwise the hotel is what you would expect for the price, and was quiet for our sleep."
