I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable."

"This studio apartment near Coventry Cathedral is a rare gem. The location is outstanding—it’s the closest you can stay to the cathedral. The space was clean and well-kept, with a compact but functional kitchen. The price was very reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The building is new and still being worked on so in the morning a bit noisy. The apartment itself was clean and tastefully furnished but very Ikea. A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture. We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm."

"Great communication and easy secure parking near to town centre. Taxi rank 1 min walk and rooms and beds comfortable. "

"The building was modern and the room was clean and spacious, ideal for someone who just want a decent place to sleep. However, the room lacked minimal comfort items such as a rubbish bin, fan, hairdryer or kettle. The days were hot and the room window only open a bit so it was uncomfortable at times. A lot of outside noise of people gathering at the entrance of the building. Overall, a clean and safe place to sleep with good wifi; it’s fine as long as the weather is not warm."
