"The hotel in Tenerife was great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch, with really good quality. The only downside was that you could hear a club nearby at night, and sometimes there were fights or disturbances right outside the hotel around 4 a.m. Also, smoking was allowed on the balconies, which meant that if you slept with the window open, the smoke often came into the room. Still, it was a lovely stay, as long as you keep those points in mind."

"Whole hotel was clean and well maintained. Pool bar staff were very friendly. Reception staff made check in difficult. Was told car park was full and to move car elsewhere only to then be able to pay for parking at the hotel when complained. Mattress far too hard gave me neck pain. Food in restaurant mixed. "The only issue i had was that there was no milk in the rooms for the tea or coffee. And unless you ask tea and coffee was not replaced. I dont think this is a major problem to be honesy, it was a lovely hotel, really nice. Really accessible as there is a bus station a 5 min walk away"
