Hotels near Race City Amusement Park

"Was charged for parking and didn’t get parking. Evening staff refused to help but put us on hold and hung up on us. Hot water didn’t work in kitchen. Tv wouldn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t work. We left early. Rented two rooms and had a baby with us and the floor was so dirty we couldn’t set him down. Could see under the door to outside and the back door to balcony wouldn’t lock or shut all the way. Highly unsatisfied. And still waiting on the money back for leaving early. Whole experience was horrible "

"Would have beenbetter if they fixed my shower. Went to front desk twice about it and it never was fixed. Thw water didn't spray just kind of trickled out. Made washing my hair impossible. Also the light by the bed stroked when turned on. Very dark in the room without curtains open. Made getting dressed hard. Also the check in process and the two other times I went to the front desk about the shower were very long processes, around 15 minutes. I also got locked out of my room when I was leaving, it was around 935 and I brought my bags to my car and went back for my dog and my card no longer worked. I then had to walk back to the front desk to get help getting in my room."

"Everything was good. Missed an oven and everything costed. We drove 16 hours over night and couldn't check in around 11 unless we paid. Couldn't get new stuff like towels or sheets unless we paid. The area didn't seam like a good area once there compared to looking on the map. "
